- Commercially insured patients pay $0* through the EVZIO2YOU direct-delivery program. For patients with government insurance, many patients may get EVZIO at no cost. The EVZIO2YOU pharmacy will relay the cost of EVZIO to the patient. If the patient decides the cost is not affordable, the pharmacy may work with the patient's healthcare provider to offer an alternative naloxone. No other naloxone product, branded or generic, is less expensive than EVZIO for commercially insured patients who obtain EVZIO through the direct-delivery service.
- Eligible patients with no insurance and an annual household income below $100,000 a year may get EVZIO at no cost through the kaléo Cares Patient Assistance Program.†
